About the Author

Dr Renu Mahtani M. D. is an Indian born author and a Yoga Therapy Consultant and Holistic Physician. She is also the founder of Param Yoga. Dr Renu had previously worked for the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit at the Ruby Hall Clinic. She has authored The Ultimate Indian Diet Book. She has won the title ‘Mrs. Poona – 1997’ and in 1994 she had been the Goodwill ambassador to USA, through Rotary International.
